Dash board

The first screen you see is called a Dashboard. Dashboard is a place where you see your reports, graphs and stats regarding the usage of your units and content. On the left side of the page you will see the menu. Menu consist of unit, location, files, editor and playlist management.

First, you have to define units. There can be several units registered on the same location or you can have one for every other location.

How to add unit?

In right upper corner click the button add.

Fill in the location information:

Overview of all the locations

In the middle side of your screen you will see a tree structure of all the locations. You can block/unblock any of the locations or add a new one. If a certain location is blocked, a playlist from a main branch (parent) location will be sent to a selected unit. If you unblock the same location, the unit will again receive a playlist for that loaction.

Adding a new location to an existing location: Choose location and click add. A new location will appear under the parent location.

If you want to add new location click »Add Location« on right side you can fill information abbout new location. After saving, the new location will be listed on the right side of the page.

Editor is a tool for editing content (files). Here you can see all the uploaded files which were also checked-out for Editor's content (in the File page, when uploading a new file). You can add new or search trough library and edit or delete edited files. When the files are edited, we call them ads, short for advertisements.

You can search for a specific advertisement by using various filters.

Add advertisements

You can add new advertisement if you click on »+« or »add«button.

When adding new advertisements you can choose from various predefined layouts.

Every layout has different posibilities, so you can choose and edit the one you like the most.

You can customize a background (add a pic or video) and/or add a text, picture or even a video overlay (picture in video, video in video etc.). All the fields that are shown are editable. If a background is not defined, a default background will be set.

Playlist is a timeline where you place all of your files and advertisements. You can see all the prepared files and ads in the bottom of the page, under the timeline. You can simply drag & drop any of the content directly to the timeline and order them by sequence. You can re-arrange it anytime, just don't forget to save. You can create new playlists or edit existing ones. When creating a new Playlist, name it, determine a time frame, add location to it and save (buttons are just above the timeline). When saved you can even preview it (preview button under the timeline).

Time frames
